determinar el estado y funcionamiento cognitivo de un individuo y as\u00ed, establecer un tratamiento acorde a las necesidades del paciente, en esferas cognitivas, afectivas y funciona<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">les, cuando se tiene la sospecha de alg\u00fan d\u00e9ficit cognitivo.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: RESULTADOS<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p><p>Los resultados que se obtienen en el proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n y valoraci\u00f3n neuropsicol\u00f3gica, se deben entregar por escrito, adem\u00e1s de ser explicados en una sesi\u00f3n especialmente orientada a la entrega de resultados y establecimiento de diagn\u00f3stico del paciente.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0REPORTE DE EVALUACI\u00d3N <\/strong><\/p><p>Tener un reporte de evaluaci\u00f3n neuropsicol\u00f3gica, es \u00fatil para que el paciente y familiares tengan conciencia del d\u00e9ficit y puedan adherirse al tratamiento, tambi\u00e9n es \u00fatil para el resto de profesionales que m\u00e1s adelante ver\u00e1n al paciente.<\/p><p><strong>Como profesionales de la salud mental, tenemos la obligaci\u00f3n de entregar al paciente la informaci\u00f3n de su
